ATCAM’s board of directors is pleased to announce that after 30+ years as founder and President, Peter Andres has passed the torch on to Nate Andres effective October 2, 2023.

Nate has been an employee since his teens and has grown with the company starting out as a general laborer, Thermal Coating Technician and CNC Machinist before being promoted to General Manager in 2011. In December of 2019, Nate earned a seat on the Board of Directors as well as being promoted to Vice-President of Machining Operations. Nate’s dedication to the company, willingness to learn, and vision for the future made him the perfect candidate for the position.

We want to thank our team of dedicated employees and our beloved customers and suppliers for the success ATCAM has matured into. Please congratulate Nate on his new role as President. We are excited to see him take ATCAM to the next level by continuing to improve our current processes and becoming more efficient with modernized CNC Machining equipment as well as bringing in new processes for the Thermal Spray division to further diversify our customer base. It is well known that ATCAM takes great care of its employees as well as their loyal customers which Nate will continue to make a top priority! Peter will remain with the company as CFO while being able to enjoy more time in the Florida sun!
